I recently stayed at the Inn At Morro Bay, and while the views of the bay were absolutely stunning and my room had a cozy fireplace and a balcony, I found the overall experience a bit underwhelming. The hotel is charming but definitely showing its age, needing some serious upgrades in terms of facilities and room cleanliness. Plus, the breakfast left much to be desired, as it was pretty mediocre for the price.
